1. Are you typing your WA Health email address as your username? 

• You need to type your HE number and password

2. Your network password may have expired, or your account is locked

• Contact WA Health Support Services 13 44 77

3. Your IT account may not be linked to the SMHS / EMHS Library group

• Please contact the library if you need assistance.
